You will probably brake them in at the first occasion, and then would not like to take them off! True to size, but almost unnecessarily wide at the forward section. Albeit as a man I appreciate this (womens shoes are often significantly narrower). Tretorn Reslig (tall in Swedish) lack the common strings, that tall rubber boots often comes with. No need to get stuck in twigs anymore! As they are a little bit more narrow on top, they still don't slap that very much at your legs while walking. They are also a good inch shorter than many tall boots, so they will not interfere with the knees.
There is some downsides too; just like the short Skerry boot, they exercise a light pressure on the top of your feet. This might become annoying with thick socks. Though by removing the inner sole, some more space is given. Common with other Tretorn with an inside lined with... Read more

Good rainboots, odd problem., May 6, 2011 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Tretorn Skerry Reslig Rubber Boot (Apparel) The boots are great but I am not sure if this is just a problem for me or everyone else as well, but the back of my feet always get wounds after I wear these boots. It doesn't happen right away or within the first hour of wearing them, but rather after 2 or 3. If you don't need to wear them for long I recommend buying these boots!
