Really Cute, but Uncomfortable, September 3, 2010 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Kelsi Dagger Women's Wilma Ankle Boot (Apparel) On the top of my shoe wish list for Fall 2010 is a pair of brown suede wedge booties with an open cuff to showcase my skinny jeans and leggings. These Kelsi Daggers seemed to fit the bill. I was unsure about the comfort of the 4inch wedge heel, but really loved the look of the boot so decided to take a chance. The boot does look exactly as pictured, and would be to die for with skinny pants--however I ended up sending them back. Here's why:
1) For me personally the 4 inch heel while sexy as all get out--was not comfortable enough for everyday. Not even with the wedge. If I were just looking for a pair of boots for dates, or evenings out or something-then totally I'd go w/ these.
2) This is my first Kelsi Dagger purchase, and while the shoes fit true to size and were very pretty, I found the craftsmanship lacking. I noticed dried glue still visible on certain areas of the boot. There was also no rubber on the bottom of the shoe to prevent slipping, which is almost... Read more

Leather is very thin and after wearing them 5 or 6 times its full of scratches.Quite comfy, but large in the heel. Overall: 3 stars (1 for quality, 2 for comfort,5 for design). Don't recommend these shoes - not worth the price.

The trouble occurs after you ware them a bit. The first time I used my I stepped on a rock and now the bottom has a dent in it. Also the need to come up a little further on my ankle, they feel like they are slipping when I walk.
