I haven't had them for long so I can't report on how they'll hold up longterm, but my Keen shoes have usually held up great. One thing to know about these if you're ordering online, is that they run small. I usually wear a size 9 in Keen sandals, or 40 Euro in Dansko, but I had to buy a size 10 in these to be worn with thin wool socks. I should also note that the polyester sheepskin shearing is only a decorative trim and lining in the heel part of the shoe. The rest is a butter soft smooth tan leather lining. There isn't much arch support and I have high arches but so far no pain but I haven't spent a whole day on my feet in them pounding pavement.

I love the slip-on design, and plan on wearing these shoes at airports for that reason. However, please be aware that these shoes run very small! I usually wear an 8.5, but ordered a size 9 based on another review that said these run small. I probably should have ordered a 9.5.
EDITED: I've now had these shoes for a couple of months, and they are fantastic. I wore them while doing a lot of travel, and found them easy to slip on and off for the security in the airport. I wore them with very thin trouser socks, and that worked very well. I originally felt they were a bit snug, but they broke in quickly and are now my go-to travel shoe, especially in winter.
