Other boots of similar fashion and price do not compare. This is a good investment. The boots are nicely lined and very warm. So easy to put on and comfortable. First time I wore them I wore them ALL day! The calf is very generous. I HAVE to try on boots as some are too tight on my calf...however this is an exception. These are actually a lil loose up top and have extra elastic in case I need more. Def big girl friendly :0) Had to write a review cause they are simply awesome!

Especially since I inserted my wool insoles! It is the most comfortable AND fashionable winter boot I have owned. Great for a winter in cold country. You can feel dressed up in the wedge heel and yet feel smart with the slip-proof heel and water-proof leather!

However, the brown dye ran when they got wet .... so I returned them in a jiffy....pity.. The price was much less than the listed price elsewhere, so were they seconds?
