I found a 42 at a store and it fits perfectly. Unfortunately Amazon doesn't carry 42. The clerk told me the rounded toe shoes tend to run smaller. She seems to be right - I tried a shoe with a pointier toe and the 41 was perfect.
It is a beautifully made shoe though and I have a feeling I will have a few Beautifeel shoes before too long!
