I purchased this item as a christmas present, it arrived with the corner broken and I called customer service for a return shipping label. I've been waiting for 10 days for them to provide this so I can return the item and get what I actually paid for.

The board itself was fine other than the crack - the issue is the company's customer service isn't so hot.
