"Fabric" a bit of a misnomer, September 9, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Board Dudes 2'x3' Unframed Fabric Bulletin Board - Blue (18023UA-1) (Office Product) The "modern woven fabric" which covers the board is really more of a mesh, or close netting. While some may like this look, I chose this board on the assumption that it would be covered in a plain, solid fabric (which I will now be purchasing and stapling over the mesh). In all other respects, the item is as described and nicely made.

It is also better looking than the standard bulletin boards you see in stores.

Not only was there all-over dirt, but a few large smears of dirt across the front that were very difficult to clean off. Ultimately, it didn't matter because it's covered in my son's school work, obscuring the stains. Also, the fabric is thin and of a coarse weave. Personally, I don't mind this, but it's difficult to tell from the photo. Finally, it's a dull grayish-blue, a little less bright than appeared on my monitor. In short, it's functional but there are probably better bulletin boards out there, for the price.
