I had no problem in ordering this cork board. It came in a timely fashion. Since it was being used for a church ministry, I took it to the church to have the deacons put it up. Later, I was told there was a hole, the size of a golf ball, near the middle of the board. I asked them if someone had done it in the setting up of the board, and he said it had come that way when they opened the shipping box. Since the board was 5 feet long, it was too cumbersome to return it. I believe if a piece of corrugated cardboard or bubble wrap had been attached to the cork board before setting it in the shipping box, no shipping mishap would have happened. As I result, I gave you 2 stars because I believe that there was negligence on your part to secure the item properly.
