Ugh, Two Strikes and this Trench is Out!!!, August 17, 2011 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Lifetime Collective Junior's Marais Trench Coat (Apparel) The first time I received the beige trench, it was extremely wrinkled as the other reviewer mentioned, but I was willing to overlook that because the style is so nice. I don't mind the "lifetime" logo stitched on the belt, the stitching is the same color as the trench so it doesn't look too gaudy. My biggest problem was the discoloration on the front chest, underarm, pocket flap, and belt. It was a pinkish hue and as much as I wanted to ignore it, I just couldn't. It was TOO noticeable and would be even more noticeable if the coat isn't wrinkled. The positive thing I have to say is that the fit is certainly chic. Anyway, I returned the defective coat for a replacement. When I received the replacement, it was even MORE wrinkled than the first, but still, I didn't care. I was just glad I didn't see any pinkish discolorations. However I did notice a silver paint-like line above one of the hip pockets. It was above the same pocket that has a metal logo tag on the pocket, so maybe it's... Read more

Not what I expected.., August 2, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Lifetime Collective Junior's Marais Trench Coat (Apparel) I was excited to find a price this low for such a gorgeous-looking trench coat! I ordered it almost immediately hoping that it would look just as nice in person. To my dismay, the fabric was very cheap..causing numerous wrinkles in the fabric that cannot be smoothed out by hand. You would constantly have to iron the coat if you would want to wear it as an everyday fashion. On top of that, they do not show you in the pictures that the belt has the brand name embroidered on it, which wouldn't be so bad if it didn't take up a foot's worth of the belt! :(
BOTTOM LINE: Not a fan--returning it for a refund.

The fit is really nice, although I don't care for 'lifetime' embroidered on the belt. I didn't have problems with other defects/discolorations like some of the other reviewers.
